Taijiquan is beneficial in many ways. It helps relieve stress, strengthen the body and mind, and promote relaxation, flexibility and concentration. The Confucius Institute offers a free Taijiquan workshop on Saturdays for those who want to learn or just want someone else to practice with. The workshop is open to the public.
