UAA signs contract with Digication for electronic portfolio services
by Michelle Saport |
After years of preparation and planning involving faculty, staff and students, UAA recently executed an extensive contract with Digication <www.digication.com> for electronic portfolio services for our university community. The genesis of this effort was led by the Faculty Senate with support from Provost Bear Baker. Over the past twelve months, Dave Dannenberg's team in the Academic Innovations & eLearning (AIe) office has coordinated the project. This effort has already received both national and international attention within higher education. During 2015, AIe will be launching various pilots and projects with a university-wide rollout of the service scheduled for the fall.
