The meals at Lucy's Restaurant are produced and served by students of the UAA Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Restaurant Management program. The bakery, kitchen and dining room are instructional laboratories. Our curriculum and facilities blend to support students in achieving our goal-excellence in fine dining.
