UAA alumna and associate professor Holly Martinson hopes the new Biomed U-RISE program "lights a fire" in 熊猫在线视频's research community by empowering undergraduate students with lab experience, mentorship and financial assistance. Martinson and co-PI, Professor Tracey Burke, welcomed the first cohort this academic year and will soon open applications for cohort two.

Free Lunch, Llamas and Health Fair!

Free soup lunch, llamas and a health fair will be happening in Cuddy Hall and Quad on Wednesday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.! Students can get a free soup meal, take pictures and interact with llamas (11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.), and visit community partner tables providing resources and swag!
