Biography

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of 熊猫在线视频 Anchorage. I joined UAA in Fall 2018. I received my Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Wichita State University, Wichita, KS, in 2018. I also received my MS Degree in electrical engineering from Azad University, South Tehran Branch, Tehran, Iran. My research interests include reliability and resiliency modeling of critical infrastructures (e.g. cyber-physical, power-water, etc.); data analytics and decision-making under uncertainty; renewable energy integration and micro-grids; and energy grid automation.

Energy resiliency of isolated/remote communities

Reliability, risk, and resilience modeling of interdependent infrastructures

Renewable energy integration and electrical vehicles

Micro-grids operation and planning

Data analytics and decision-making under uncertainty
