  • Alliance Manager for Ericsson. Built VAR $25M VAR business for HP telecom platform

1989-1993 Marketing Manager: Systems Technology Division, Cupertino, CA

  • Led twenty person organization responsible for defining next generation RISC computer platform and technology strategy
  • OEM business manager responsible for OEM agreements and tools licensing for PA-RISC alliances.
    • Established and successfully managed profitable, new $30M business providing computer processors on OEM basis to HP Strategic Alliance partners in Japan, Korea, France and US
    • Established, negotiated and executed commercial and Intellectual Property licensing agreements and concurrent engineering programs. Managed R&D, marketing, manufacturing and channel functions.

  • Led team of fourteen R&D engineers responsible for design of next generation computing high-end computer hardware platforms

  • Led development of HP鈥檚 first RISC computer and I/O expansion system. Mechanical design, power system, cooling, physical enclosure

  • Development of fiber optic components and networking products. Co-wrote business plan for program divestiture which was Venture Capital funded to create spin-off company

  • Developed shoulder operated video game controller for rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients
