Hattie Harvey, PhD, NCSP
Project Director/Principal Investigator
Dr. Harvey is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Program Coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Children鈥檚 Mental Health. She is a Nationally Credentialed School Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychologist whose training and work over the past 20 years has primarily focused on young children and families. Dr. Harvey also serves as the Mental Health Consultant for a tribal Early Head Start and Head Start program.Mary Dallas Allen, PhD, MSW

Dr. Allen is a Professor of Social Work and coordinator of the UAA Master of Social Work (MSW) program. She is the faculty advisor for the UAA Specialization in School Social Work, and she is the social work lead faculty member for the UAA Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program. Dr. Allen鈥檚 primary research area is infant and early childhood mental health consultation (IECMHC) with rural Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
Cary Moore, PhD, PhD, OTR/L

Dr. Moore is the Academic Program Director for the UAA/Creighton University Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program and serves as the OT faculty member for the UAA Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program. Dr. Moore has extensive experience in early intervention and mentored numerous students in early childhood settings. Dr. Moore has presented at state and national conferences on a variety of topics related to early childhood occupational therapy practice.
Cameron Young, M.S., CCC-SLP

Cameron is a Term Assistant Professor in the Speech-Language Pathology Program at UAA. Cameron received her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Oregon, where she also received a Master of Arts equivalent in Early Childhood Special Education. She has worked as a speech-language pathologist in 熊猫在线视频 for over 20 years and has enjoyed traveling extensively around 熊猫在线视频 to serve young children and families. Cameron loves working as a part of a team and has specialized training and experience on a variety of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary teams.
