  Raymond Weber has been in academia over the last 16 years at several institutions including UAA. He is a flight instructor by training and degree, having flight instructed and taught aviation for over the last two decades. He has a passion for safety, human factors, and learning as well as teaching. He is married with two boys and is at his core a gamer with hobbies including hiking, flying, and tabletop gaming.
