Arena Information
Levels and Entrances
- Lower Level: Only used for teams, artists, staff, and security. Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to the event level may only do so with the proper credential. Guests who are found to be in these locations without proper credentials will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.
- Level 1 (street level) includes:
- Box Office, located just inside the main south entrance, handles will call tickets and tickets available for purchase.
- Guest Services Center, also located just inside the main south entrance, provides assistance to guests with disabilities as well as information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during events.
- Entrances:
- South Entrance: Primary entrance, open for all events; it is closest to the main parking lot.
- North Entrance: Secondary entrance which may be open for certain events; check your event details to find out if it open for your event.
- VIP Entrance: Far right doors of the south entrance; available exclusively to private suite and premier seat ticket holders.
- Level 2: Administration level with no public access; you must have credentials or escorted to be on this level.
- Level 3: Balcony; 200-level tickets
- Level 4: Varsity Sports Grill and VIP suites
Seating Capacity
Seating capacities vary for every AAC event. For Athletic events, the arena can hold more than 5,000 patrons. For concerts or other events, the capacity is determined by stage setup and needs of a promoter. Max capacity can be as high as 5,400.
Accommodations
Restrooms
All restroom facilities are wheelchair accessible and clearly marked. There are two main bathrooms on the north and south end of the Packer Family Pavilion on level 1 as well as restrooms on the levels 3 and 4. There is also a family restroom next to the Box Office in the main lobby.
Baby Changing Tables
Baby changing tables are available for use in all restrooms and on all levels.
Water Fountains
Water/drinking fountains are located throughout the 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center.

Accessibility Guide
The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center is committed to accommodating the needs of our guests so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the exciting entertainment. To prepare for your visit, please see the general accessibility information below and don鈥檛 hesitate to give us a call or send us an email with any questions. If you need assistance while attending an event, just go to the Guest Services Center near the south entrance or ask the nearest representative.
- Tickets & Seating: The AAC offers a wide variety of accessible seating, located in various sections throughout the arena, with options to accommodate limited mobility, visual and hearing impaired, and wheelchair accessible areas. Guests with disabilities and their companions (maximum of three guests) may purchase wheelchair accessible locations that are dispersed throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. These tickets are available at the time of event on sale. Please contact the Box Office at (907) 786-1250 with seating inquiries.
- Assistive Listening Devices: A limited number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests with hearing impairments. Once you're at the event, contact the nearest guest services representative to check an ALD out, free of charge. ALDs are not recommended for use during concerts due to the volume level. Guests will be required to leave a valid, government-issued photo ID as a deposit while using the ALD. To request additional reasonable accommodations or services, please contact AAC guest services at (907) 786-7850 as far in advance as possible.
- Service Animals: Only trained service animals or service animals in training will be allowed into the AAC. All other animals, including pets and comfort animals, are prohibited. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog.
- Multi-floor Access: The AAC has a public elevator located on the south side of the facility in the main lobby.
- Wheelchair Escorts: Wheelchair escorts may be available upon request at all entry points, based on availability. Personal assistance into or out of a wheelchair or seat cannot be provided. In order to assist multiple guests, please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event. The AAC cannot provide wheelchair transportation outside of the arena.
- Restrooms: All public AAC restrooms have accessible stalls for guests. A private restroom is also located on the southwest side of the main concourse near the Box Office. These restrooms are provided to accommodate guests with disabilities and their companion. These restrooms also serve families with small children who need assistance.
- Entry

- Doors Open: Door opening times for The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center events will vary according to each event. Please visit the specific event page for details. Generally at least one hour prior to scheduled event start time.
- Re-entry: For most events there is a strict no re-entry policy. If you have an emergency or unique situation, please contact a guest services staff to assist.
- Smoking

The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center is a smoke-free venue. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and the use of smokeless tobacco or marijuana products is not permitted in the arena (including all outdoor patios and walkways).
- Alcohol
Alcohol
The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center and its food and beverage concessionaires have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents. In addition to our responsible alcohol service guidelines below, AAC guest service staff will assist in calling for a cab or ride-share program.
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. In addition, the following items are to be noted:
- The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center reserves the right to deny entry to anyone displaying visible signs of impairment or intoxication.
- There is a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase, per valid ID.
- All guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) are asked to show positive identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: Driver鈥檚 License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo. All other forms of Photo Identification are not accepted.
- The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises.
- Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
- The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center and its food and beverage concessionaires implement ongoing responsible alcohol management training sessions for its serving staff.
- Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the building.
- Allowable Items
Items Allowed in AAC Arena
- Binoculars: Guests are welcome to bring their personal binoculars for most events at the AAC. Keep in mind that bags and purses of any size are not permitted, including backpacks, clutches, totes, clear bags, and camera bags.
- Coats: While coats are allowed in; the 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings. The AAC is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Ear Plugs and Noise Canceling Ear Muffs: Guests are welcome to bring earplugs and/or noise canceling ear muffs into the AAC. Earplugs may also be available for purchase at most concerts in the concession stands.
- Signs/Banners/Posters/Flags: Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, the AAC welcomes
guests bringing small signs, banners, posters, and flags inside the building to show
fan support during Athletic events. For concerts, signs are not permitted. The following guidelines relate to these items:
- Item must be related to the event
- Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
- Item may not be larger than 11鈥 x 17鈥 in dimension
- Item may not obstruct any sponsor/advertiser signage
- Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
- Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by AAC management
- Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by AAC management
- Prohibited Items
Items Prohibited and Exceptions
- Cameras/Photography: Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside the AAC at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
- Bags/Purses: Bags, backpacks, purses, totes, briefcases, clear bags, fanny packs, and camera bags are not allowed. Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5鈥 x 9鈥 x 1鈥 are permitted and are subject to security inspection. Medical and parental bags smaller than 14鈥 x 14鈥 x 6鈥 are required to go through an X-Ray machine security screening. Please see a Guest Services team member on site for direction to the nearest screening entry.
- Other Containers: Coolers, wrapped gifts, boxes and other container items are not allowed.
- Laptops and Tablets: Laptops, any type of personal computers, tablets (i.e., iPads, TouchPads, etc.), and selfie sticks will not be permitted inside the AAC.
- Food and Drink: All of the food and beverage in the AAC is handled by Nana Management Services (NMS). Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited with the exception of baby formula or breastmilk. Glass bottles or metal cans are strictly prohibited. Guests must dispose of unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena or return them to their vehicle. Guest Services Centers will not check-in or store any food or beverage items.
- Animals: Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center with the
exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with
disabilities.
Service Animals: Service animals are welcome inside the venue but must always remain on a leash or in a harness. Service animals rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. Guests may take their service animal outside of the venue to relieve itself but must speak with a Guest Services Team Member prior to leaving the venue. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center guests and staff may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. - Noisemakers
- Balloons of any kind
- Promotional Items: The distribution of promotional items, flyers, or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center and/or its tenants and the 熊猫在线视频. The sampling and distribution of products is prohibited.
- Strollers: Guests are encouraged to leave strollers in their vehicles prior to arrival at the arena. Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the arena and the 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center does not provide a coat check or secured storage area.
- Weapons: Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services. Weapons of any kind or any object that can be used to inflict bodily injury are prohibited; including, but not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, last pointers, etc. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.
- Items that may disrupt an event are prohibited, including but not limited to: chemical dispensing devices, noise-making devices, two-way radios, laser pointers, flashlights, handcuffs, fireworks.
- Drugs and/or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Safety

- Emergencies and Evacuations: The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center continually works with the Anchorage Fire Department, the Anchorage Police Department, the University Police Department and other agencies in the development of specific emergency procedures plans for each event. The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center鈥檚 goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained guest services and security personnel ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, and staff at the AAC. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.
- First Aid: Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest in need at every AAC event. The AAC is equipped with automatic external defibrillators (AED) in various locations throughout the facility. Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our guest services or security staff for assistance.
- Housekeeping: Guests may contact the nearest guest services or security team member if there is a spill or housekeeping concern during an event.
- Lost Children/Guests: Lost children/guests should be directed to any one of our guest services centers, located on the main concourse across from the Box Office. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest usher or security officer. For safety reasons the AAC is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.
- See Something, Say Something: The If You See Something, Say Something鈩 campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, see your nearest guest services or security team member.
- Security Screening: For safety purposes, all guests entering the arena are subject to a metal-detector screening and/or visual inspection conducted by AAC security personnel. The AAC reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in violation of the Code of Conduct and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from the 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center.
- Standing: Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.
- Lost and Found
Lost and Found Items
All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services Center during events, located on the main concourse across from the Box Office. During an event, guests may visit or are encouraged to reach Guest Services directly to inquire about lost items. After an event, please contact Guest Services with a description of the item and the date the item was lost. All unclaimed found items will be discarded or donated 30 days after they are found. Credit cards will be destroyed 24 hours after they are found. The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events.

Guest Code of Conduct
The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests are expected to follow the below guidelines and should expect an environment where:
- Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
- Guests agree to follow the venue鈥檚 health and safety policies, as well as all applicable Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, local, state and federal orders, regulations and ordinances pertaining to health and safety at all times while at the venue. Health and safety policies may be posted throughout the venue and on tickets.
- Guests will dress in proper attire, including shoes and shirts; attire items must be worn at all times. The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate. Costumes, props, full face masks and face paint are not allowed.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Management reserves the right to deny entry into the venue and/or refuse service to guests displaying visible signs of impairment/intoxication.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats. Guests must always possess a valid ticket and/or credential and provide it when requested.
- Guests are permitted to sit or stand during an event if they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and/or on chairs is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must always maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior. Guests who engage
in disruptive behavior or disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and
may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets
or be compensated in any way for their loss. Disturbances, disruptive behavior or disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited
to, the following:
- Standing on chairs
- Placing children on shoulders
- Drunk and disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- 鈥淢ooning鈥 or exposing private body parts
- Interference with or delay of the game/event
- Violation of The 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center鈥檚 event policies
- Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statues
- Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters/matches
- Attempting to enter the court, stage or backstage areas without permission
- Throwing, discharging, or launching any liquid substance or objects
- Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest or employee with loud and unreasonable noise
- Using profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
- Using obscene gestures
- Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers
- Any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.
- Guests will not smoke in the venue (including all outdoor patios and terraces). The 熊猫在线视频 is a smoke-free campus.
- Guests will comply with all requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
- Guests are responsible for their own good time and are expected to report any incident, concern, or inappropriate behavior to venue personnel as soon as possible.
- Guests will be able to communicate instantly and directly with the AAC Guest Services if they have questions, assistance is needed or to report an unruly fan, a spill in their section, or any issues and concerns.
- The AAC staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security or guest services team member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, season ticket holders may also be subject to having their season subscription revoked and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. If you feel that our staff does not address any issues to your satisfaction, please request to speak with a supervisor or manager immediately. Venue management reserves the right to approve, adjust, or enforce any policy at their discretion.
