Commencement Volunteer FAQ

• Where do I go?

  Training and Commencement will take place at the 熊猫在线视频 Airlines Center, 3550 Providence Dr. Please enter through the main doors and follow the signs to the volunteer lounge.  The Graduate Degree Hooding Ceremony will be held at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium.  Follow the signs to the volunteer lounge.

• Where do I park?

  Please see Parking and Maps in the right-hand menu of the commencement homepage for up-to-date parking information and maps.

• What do I wear?

  Please wear plain black or dark green clothing and comfortable shoes. NO JEANS. 

• Is brunch/dinner provided?

  Yes! Food will be provided and available in the volunteer lounge

• How long is the ceremony?
  Spring commencement runs approx. 2 hours. Fall commencement runs approx. 1.5 hours. The hooding ceremony runs approx. 1 hour.  Once all guests and graduates have cleared the arena/auditorium, your responsibilities are complete.
