Biography

Amy Doogan is an assistant professor at the Justice Center, where she teaches undergraduate Legal Studies courses. She was born and raised in Anchorage and educated at UAA, Pomona College, and Harvard Law School. Professor Doogan began her legal career by clerking for Judge John Reese of the 熊猫在线视频 Superior Court and Judge David Stewart of the 熊猫在线视频 Court of Appeals. She then spent several years in the Anchorage Municipal Prosecutor鈥檚 office before becoming an Assistant Attorney General for the State of 熊猫在线视频. Professor Doogan has experience both as a trial attorney in civil and criminal cases and as appellate counsel.

In addition to being an attorney, Professor Doogan is a registered nurse with over five years of nursing practice experience.
