The Call Team provides a variety of services on campus, including:

Call Team Members

Identifiable in neon yellow and reflector jackets, the Call Team Officers are student employees who provide professional and responsive assistance to the UAA community.

Call Team Officers: Student Employment

UAA Parking Services recruits Call Team Officers (CTOs) each semester. We look for public oriented, outgoing, hard working, and team oriented individuals for part-time employment.

CTO applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in at least six (6) credits at UAA
  • Possess strong written and verbal skills
  • Be comfortable working in inclement weather

Prior experience in providing positive customer service preferred.
