Facilities and Campus Services' mission is to provide safe, sustainable, vibrant, and welcoming campus environments which support the university's academic, research, and community goals.
Our campuses include Anchorage Campus, Kenai River Campus, Kachemak Bay Campus, Kodiak Campus, Mat-Su Campus, and Prince William Sound Campus. We provide support to 14,000 students, faculty, and staff across 1500 acres, including 99 buildings totaling 3.3M gross square feet.
Departments
Providing quality services to our UAA community through Seawolf Postal Express, Copy & Print Center, Surplus & Relocation, Recycling, and UAA Property. FMO provides UAA's physical plant services including - building automation, carpentry, custodial, electrical, energy management, fire, fleet, groundskeeping, horticulture, HVAC, locksmithing, painting, plumbing, snow removal operations and vehicle rentals. FPC is responsible for UAA capitol construction projects, maintaining construction forms and standards, master planning and capital planning, space management, plus mapping and building information.

Building Managers play an important role in our campus' daily operation by communicating occupant needs and assisting our services departments. Building Managers are non-Facilities staff who keep their building in check and work with Facilities and Campus Services to resolve facility-related issues.
