Community Campus Delegation 202: Budget Requests

Purpose

To describe the delegated authority for budget requests.

Policy

Delegation AuthorityDirectors have the authority and responsibility for administering the preparation and submittal of their campus operating increments and capital requests. Requests must be submitted in a timely manner to meet deadlines summarized in the budget calendar.
Delegation CriteriaAdherence to the referenced policies, regulations, and guidelines including the following:

  1. Timely submittal of requests.
  2. Adherence to procedures for the content and structure of the submittals as indicated in the budget development instructions.

ApplicabilityAll community campuses have the delegation authority for budget revisions expressed in this policy unless special limits or requirements are set by the Vice Chancellor for Administration.
